Job summary/Objectives of this Role:

Our Label and Sticker manufacturing office is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will provide production sales support managing customer account queries and issues. The CSR will be responsible for processing orders, modifications and escalating customer complaints. The CSR will support assigned sales personnel with all customer related activities. This position requires excellent customer skills, the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, a flexible and positive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency to meet daily deadlines. This person must be able to communicate thoroughly between sales, production, and management. This person will oversee the orders and make sure all need of our clients are met.

 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries; processing sales orders, customer returns, corresponding to shipment delays, and providing quotations for all products.
  • Create professional bids, quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate customer visits if needed and answer the phone or attend to someone walking through the door.

We are a growing company who needs a press operator who is willing to take great pride in his work and grow with the company. This press operator position includes different die cutting machines that are needed to finish printing the labels and stickers. This press operator will be die cutting the labels that have been digitally printed. This press operator will also be responsible for putting on the finishing layers to the labels.  There will be cross training involved, however the fundamental basics are all the same across presses.  This press operator will also maintain the presses and perform the cleaning duties on the machines. Compensation depends on your experience within the labels and packaging industry.

  • Safe and efficient operation of ABG, Delta, Spartanics finishing and rewinding equipment.
  • Check to ensure that parts meet requirements of specs and order.
  • Continuously inspect product to ensure that finished product meets order and spec requirements.

They are to make sure all the orders are filled correctly.  All of our positions are important within the company and this position is our last look at the labels before they leave the building. This person is responsible for then boxing the products and then shipping them to the clients according to the order requirements.

Your mathematical brain and sharp eye, work in tandem to finalize and perfect digital images. This person must be highly motivated and learn software quickly.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of digital image files for custom print production for a variety of customers
  • Process a high volume of images per day and quickly
  • Work on our company software sending jobs back to the press.
  • Process customer revisions and seek new ways to decrease the number of image revisions
  • Evaluate and interpret customer art files
  • Troubleshoot color issues and provide re-touch where necessary
  • Adjust crop lines for production fidelity
  • Adhere to production requirements and press operations process
  • Provide quality check before finalizing the image
  • Maintain and create production templates
  • Communicate between sales, art, and production
  • Communicate issues between customer service team and customers, ensure customer expectations are continually met
  • Provide insights and new ideas for continuous improvement for business operations
  • Occasionally provide art services such as re-creating or re-drawing images and labels
  • Remain adaptable to the introduction of new products and processes that are driven by American Tape & label business strategy

Skills/preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
  • Knows how to work with Hybrid, Label Traxx, siteline etc
  • Ability to analyze images and calculate dimensions
  • Basic math skills and can work with fractions
  • Speed and agility when producing electronic print-ready files
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to embrace and follow processes put in place by ATL
  • Strong communicator and ability to navigate situations with diplomacy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or trade certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years pre-flighting artwork for printing production or related work experience
  • Had worked for another printing company of some type.
